When Peter is not in the office or out with clients, he loves traveling and immersing himself in new cuisines. He is an avid cook and loves to entertain and spends time traveling with his wife Mari, and son Jack. Peter is very involved with his community.

Mari is adventurous and likes to travel and take in the history and cuisine of other cultures. She enjoys hiking, white water rafting, snorkeling, and camping.Her favorite pastimes are reading, entertaining, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Mari and her husband have a school aged son and are involved in Pleasanton Partnerships in Education, PTA, and Triton Water Polo.

A recent addition at the McDowell Real Estate Group, Alex Lazzereschi our Director of Business Development and Marketing, brings his entrepreneurial spirit and creative vision to our real estate team. Creating systems and seeking opportunities for expansion and branding is where he thrives.

Alex grew up surrounded by real estate, with a family mortgage company and assisting with numerous investment properties, Alex’s passion for real estate has blossomed. He is currently working towards his CA real estate license and is also currently a candidate for the sought after CCIM designation, the premier commercial real estate investment affiliation .

Alex’s upbringing plays a significant role in his approach to business. He is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking, seeking new opportunities, and the importance of building meaningful relationships.

In his free time, Alex enjoys skiing, traveling, and playing golf. You can find him at the beach or in Napa with friends. After playing Water Polo throughout high school and college, Alex has taken up coaching at Foothill High School and manages the Triton Water Polo Club. He loves to cook and watch Netflix.
